The oil and energy industry has been important to us, and we have expanded our business over the years providing our services to several industries such as marine and offshore engineering companies, renewable energy, finance and many other. We pride ourselves on building partnerships with our clients and being experts in the industries we serve. We also provide consultancy and HR services to our clients. Through our ISO-certified management systems, we ensure continuous improvement of our performances and services in accordance with the requirements and expectations of our employees, customers and suppliers. Our employees are our most important resource, and we look after and work towards professional development and skills development adapted to the market and our customers' needs. By the ISO 45001 standard, we work according to the precautionary principle to ensure our employees a good working environment, well-being and health. We have an overarching goal of zero injuries in the work situation and the least possible environmental impact. We will create security among our employees and trust among our customers by ensuring no operations are prioritized over health, environment, safety and quality. We are all responsible for our safety and the safety of others and must prevent incidents through joint HSE work. Our initiatives reflect our dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, ensuring that we not only achieve business success but also contribute positively to society and the planet.


UN Global Compact

The UN Global Compact is the United Nations organization for sustainable business and the world's largest initiative for corporate social responsibility.

MDE's membership in the UN Global Compact commits us to supporting and respecting its 10 principles concerning human rights, labor standards, anti-corruption, and the environment. We have integrated these principles into our strategy, corporate culture, and daily operations at MDE, considering them an intrinsic part of our business practices.

MDE grounds its sustainability efforts in these principles, including the oversight of our own corporate practices, suppliers, and other business partners.

UN Declaration of Human Rights

Human rights are enshrined in MDE's ethical guidelines. Our policy reflects our long-standing commitment to preserving fundamental rights and human dignity in the workplace, throughout supply chains, and beyond. Human rights are a vital component of our operations. We endorse internationally recognized human rights principles that promote and protect these rights. These guidelines apply to our business and affiliated companies across all our owned and operated assets. The responsibility to ensure respect for human rights is embedded in our daily operations.

MDE adheres to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP). This means we conduct due diligence assessments, a tool that helps us identify risks of negative impacts and harm caused by our operations, as well as by actors in our supply chain or other business relationships. Due diligence assessments are conducted at least annually, and we continuously engage in risk identification and management as part of our processes, playing a crucial role in our commitment to human rights.
