Good to Great – is our vision at MDE.
Our aim is to provide the basis for people to develop, so that companies can improve profitability and clients reach their professional objectives. Our mission is to deliver the relevant expertise and skills. The right candidate, the right expertise, and personal qualities – in the right place.
Our four values are the basis of everything we do:
Professional
Proactive

Relevant competence
Competence reflects the potential of the person. It encompasses knowledge, skills, experience, and personal attitudes. Competence should be considered in relation to the company, position, situation, objectives, and expectations.
We take pride in our ability to listen and understand your potential and needs, whether you represent a company that needs a new employee or you are someone seeking new opportunities. We cannot know which competence and expertise will be demanded in the future, but we can be sure that there will always be a need for skilled people with the right personal attitude, who are willing to learn and change.
All enterprises need staff with relevant competence to maintain delivery of their goods and services. Employees need relevant competence to contribute to the workplace as well as being an attractive employee. We are here to help you find one another.
HSEQ
MDE works systematically on issues regarding health, safety, environment, and quality, (HSEQ) in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Our operational and management control systems have been certified according to ISO-standards and ensures that we are continually working to improve our performance and quality of service when meeting the demands and expectations of our employees, clients, and suppliers.
Our employees are our most important asset, and we are committed to their professional development and improving their expertise, to suit the demands in the market and the needs of our clients. MDE as an employer takes a keen interest in the development of every employee. In accordance with the ISO 45001 standard, we operate according to a precautionary principle to ensure that our employees have a safe working environment without risk of personal injury – as well as minimizing the environmental impact of our activity.
We aim to have a secure working environment for our employees while earning our clients’ trust as operations will never take priority over safety for ourselves or others. We shall prevent undesired incidents through joint efforts in improving HSEQ routines. Open and honest communication with our employees, clients and suppliers are preconditions for achieving the best possible result.
Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability / ESG
As a company in the recruitment and consulting industry, we have a unique opportunity to positively impact both society and the environment through our services. We recognize the influence we wield, not only on individuals but also on organizations and communities. Through our activities, we contribute to creating an inclusive, diverse, and sustainable workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all.
We strive to foster sustainable, equitable, healthy, and diverse relationships in every aspect of our operations. This commitment extends to how we treat our employees, our company culture, our projects, our operations, and our collaborations with clients, consultants, and partners.
We aim to play a proactive role in addressing global sustainability challenges and contribute to a better future. This commitment encompasses not only climate and environmental issues but also critical areas such as diversity, anti-corruption, human rights, and responsible labor practices. Through the services we provide to our clients, we believe we can wield significant influence.
We are proud to present our sustainability report, which showcases our dedication to responsible and sustainable operations.
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
MDE has chosen to highlight and integrate its commitment to a sustainable future by focusing on three of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By doing so, we aim to promote sustainable development through the services we offer to our clients and the partnerships we engage with. Our initiatives reflect our dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, ensuring that we not only achieve business success but also contribute positively to society and the planet.
UN Global Compact
The UN Global Compact is the United Nations organization for sustainable business and the world's largest initiative for corporate social responsibility.
MDE's membership in the UN Global Compact commits us to supporting and respecting its 10 principles concerning human rights, labor standards, anti-corruption, and the environment. We have integrated these principles into our strategy, corporate culture, and daily operations at MDE, considering them an intrinsic part of our business practices.
MDE grounds its sustainability efforts in these principles, including the oversight of our own corporate practices, suppliers, and other business partners.
UN Declaration of Human Rights
Human rights are enshrined in MDE's ethical guidelines. Our policy reflects our long-standing commitment to preserving fundamental rights and human dignity in the workplace, throughout supply chains, and beyond. Human rights are a vital component of our operations. We endorse internationally recognized human rights principles that promote and protect these rights. These guidelines apply to our business and affiliated companies across all our owned and operated assets. The responsibility to ensure respect for human rights is embedded in our daily operations.
MDE adheres to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP). This means we conduct due diligence assessments, a tool that helps us identify risks of negative impacts and harm caused by our operations, as well as by actors in our supply chain or other business relationships. Due diligence assessments are conducted at least annually, and we continuously engage in risk identification and management as part of our processes, playing a crucial role in our commitment to human rights.
