Job Description

  • Duties/Tasks:

    • Provide support to project teams, assisting in the development and implementation of tools and work processes within the QHSE area.

    • Ensure technical solutions comply with applicable rules, regulations, and contracts.

    • Provide expert advice on NORSOK S001 and S002, as well as other relevant regulations.

    • Conduct risk assessments, including HAZID, HAZOP, design reviews, change analysis, and constructability analysis.

    • Oversee risk identification and follow-up for engineering projects.

    • Contribute to QHSE and technical safety studies and project execution.

    • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards, including participation in audits.

    • Provide input to bid/tenders.

    • Develop and update procedures and documents related to QHSE.

  • Client Relations:

    • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

    • Participate in promoting QHSE services to customers and contribute to winning new projects and assignments.

  • Personnel & Social Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with personnel handbooks and regulations.

    • Promote a positive working environment and contribute to identifying areas for improvement, while proposing corrective measures.

    • Collaborate with management to develop your own skills and expertise.

  • System Use:

    • Adhere to all relevant instructions and procedures to maintain high quality and work efficiency.

    • Utilize company-approved systems and software for QHSE work.

    • Monitor and initiate necessary reviews, as well as procurement of equipment and tools to meet job requirements.

 

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in QHSE, Technical Safety, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in QHSE is essential for the role.
