Job Description
Oversee the Master Control Schedule (MCE) and Current Cost Estimate (CCE) for assigned projects.
Ensure consistent management of costs, reporting, and forecasting, incorporating risk and opportunity assessments in budgeting.
Support finance in license budgeting and serve as the main point of coordination.
Track project expenditure, develop project work breakdown structures, and prepare cost estimates across project phases.
Coordinate monthly reports, working with project team members to establish cost and performance data.
Lead cost management meetings with contractors and internal departments.
Conduct cost and schedule risk analyses.
Monitor supplier/contractor reports and ensure alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualification Requirements
MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, or a technical certificate in Construction Management.
10+ years of relevant project experience, preferably from early-phase projects.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of following up on deliverables.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Forward-thinking, strategic, and open to learning new skills.
Strong team player, motivated by continuous learning and development.
