Job Description
Developing specific procurement strategies aligned with business needs and category strategies.
Preparing evaluation procedures.
Planning and conducting negotiations with suppliers.
Assisting in the development and management of risk-based follow-up plans, tied to strategic goals.
Ensuring contract understanding and compliance, including providing training for contract users.
Safeguarding the correct use of contracts.
Collaborating with internal partners, customers, and external suppliers.
Managing stakeholders effectively.
Initiating and implementing process improvements.
Qualification Requirements
Foster a positive, inspiring, and safe work environment, while sharing knowledge and supporting team success.
Actively address safety performance and work closely with suppliers to minimize major accidents, reduce personal injuries, and lessen the carbon footprint.
Possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Be proactive, eager to learn, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Fluent in both English and Norwegian.
