Job Description
Handle all non-project-related procurement for the company.
Execute procurement activities, including purchase orders (POs) and contracts, based on company requirements.
Manage supplier frame agreements and other supplier contracts.
Focus on managing hire-in personnel frame agreements.
Prepare ITT (Invitation to Tender) documents and conduct tender evaluations and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, HSEQ, Rotation, Admin, etc.) to forecast and meet procurement needs.
Ensure accurate procurement reporting and maintain a clear audit trail for communication.
Coordinate supplier quality surveillance and evaluate new suppliers for approval.
Assist with work related to compliance with the Norwegian Transparency Act.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferably 4-6 years of experience in procurement and contract management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Ambitious and capable of leading.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Structured and systematic approach to tasks.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in both Norwegian and English.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and goal-driven.
Strong QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) awareness.
