Job Description
Plan and execute EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects from concept to delivery.
Develop the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the project execution philosophy.
Establish and maintain project network schedules using the Safran planning tool.
Ensure effective communication across all project phases.
Oversee Change Management and closely monitor the project’s critical path.
Maintain and follow up on the manpower projection plan.
Monitor and report on project progress.
Qualification Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of planning experience within the oil and gas industry (brownfield/greenfield).
3-5 years of experience using the Safran planning tool.
Knowledge of PEM and IFS ERP systems.
Proficient in both Norwegian and English, orally and in writing.
A proactive team player with strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
