We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer!
We are seeking a Senior QHSER Engineer. This role is critical in ensuring the success of QHSER (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Risk) management across projects and tenders, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage QHSER Activities: Oversee the QHSER aspects from project start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with project plans, procedures, and client requirements.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and monitor compliance.
Health & Safety: Establish Health & Safety (HS) Plans and support the project team in maintaining safe project environments.
Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental legislation, reduce environmental impact, and promote waste management.
Risk Management: Implement and maintain Risk Management Plans, conduct risk workshops, and update project risk registers.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in QA, HSE, or Risk Management within manufacturing, installation, or offshore industries.
University degree (MSc, MBA, BSc) in engineering or QHSER discipline.
Strong leadership skills and willingness to train and lead team members in QHSER tasks.
Knowledge of industrial processes such as cable manufacturing, marine, and land installation works.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
