Are you our next Technical Project Manager?

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects within Power, Automation, and Electrical Systems. This role encompasses managing extensive project scopes, particularly in areas such as electrical system design, subsea transformers, wind park control and operations, and integration with onshore power grids. As Technical Project Manager, you will oversee technical and contractual deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals. This is an opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking work in the development of floating offshore wind turbines on a global scale.


Job Description

  • Manage substantial contractual packages for electrical systems, including system design, subsea transformers, wind park operations, and onshore grid connections

  • Develop technical documentation for supply chain and procurement processes

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to provide technical input for bid evaluations, supplier selection, and contract negotiations

  • Oversee supplier compliance with project requirements, budget, and schedule during all project phases

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure accuracy and maturity of technical deliverables

  • Facilitate interface management internally and externally

  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks through all phases

  • Ensure supplier documentation aligns with Project Certification requirements

  • Work closely with other project managers, technical leads, and specialists

 

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and/or technical leadership roles

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power, Automation, or a related field

  • Proven track record in project planning and execution, and client and supplier management

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

  • Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team-oriented and able to work independently

  • Structured, organized, and determined
