We are looking for a Material Coordinator!
Job Description
Ensure the project receives the required tools and materials on time.
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment deliveries.
Collaborate with involved parties to plan and track transport logistics.
Prepare transportation and necessary documentation related to materials.
Manage freight forwarding activities and follow up on shipments.
Coordinate with warehouse staff, goods receivers, and offshore personnel.
Expedite, track, and manage the receipt, shipment, and storage of materials.
Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that tasks are performed without harm to people, property, or the environment.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or a relevant certificate of apprenticeship (Fagbrev).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations.
Analytical and systematic mindset.
Flexible and solution-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive, service-minded approach.
Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal.
