We are seeking a Structural Designer - Senior Engineer with extensive experience in offshore projects to join our team in Stavanger. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural design services in line with industry standards.
Job Description
Perform E3D design, including 2D drawing production, of primary and secondary structures such as:
Deck constructions
Reinforcements of existing steel structures
Walkways
Access platforms
Stairs and ladders
Monorails and cushion eyes
Update existing drawings using MicroStation 2D/Raster
Conduct discipline checks of drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
Qualification Requirements
University degree in Structural Engineering or Technical College, or substantial long-term experience in structural design
5 to 10 years of experience in structural design within offshore-related projects
Proficiency in E3D for structural design work
Knowledge of NORSOK standards
Proficient in standard office software
Fluent in written and spoken English
Basic Safety Training Course is an advantage
