Job Description
Support and contribute to the development of Project Design Basis and scope of work for process discipline, systems, and topside facilities.
Lead the process discipline in designing and executing complex engineering projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project scopes and objectives.
Oversee project progress, quality assurance, and adherence to deliverables.
Participate in project technical and assurance reviews.
Conduct advanced technical analyses, simulations, and feasibility studies.
Manage interfaces with vendors and other operators.
Identify and implement safety, environmental, and financial improvement opportunities.
Provide process engineering support to offshore operations and other teams.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent qualifications.
Extensive knowledge of NCS (Norwegian Continental Shelf) regulations and standards.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering.
Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity.
