Job Description
Serve as the system responsible engineer for Active Fire Protection (AFP).
Perform system design, including all associated tasks.
Conduct PIPENET steady-state calculations; knowledge of PIPENET transient is preferred.
Create and update P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
Manage and coordinate multidiscipline interfaces.
Ensure all work complies with relevant instructions, procedures, and contract requirements.
Monitor and adhere to project schedules.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in mechanical or safety engineering.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the listed responsibilities.
Detailed knowledge of firewater pumps; preferred familiarity with NFPA 20 standards.
Experience with SIL, control systems, and automation within AFP.
Thorough understanding of national regulations and standards, including TR and NORSOK.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong multidiscipline understanding.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
