Are you motivated for a technical key role in our Quality Department?
As a Quality Engineer in Øglænd System you will be actively involved in tasks and projects both in Øglænd and Hilti, working closely with teams across the globe. More specifically, you will support and collaborate with our plants, research and development, projects, sales and supply chain, in addition to the local Team. Our Quality Engineer reports to QA/HSE Manager, making this an important role as an ambassador for all HSEQ topics.
The role covers a broad range of tasks and responsibilities, from technical support and inspections to handling more complex deviations and improving procedures. Preferably you have a technical degree and experience in working with large projects. It would be even more beneficial if you have a background that combines production and quality management.

Main tasks:
- Maintain our Quality Management System
- Prepare inspection & test plans and execute inspections
- Improve and implement quality routines
- Case handling, problem solving
- Risk assessments
- Plan and perform audits, internal and external (mandatory training will be provided). Knowledge about ISO-standard, such as ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 is a benefit, as well as acquaintance with technical standard and norms
- Handle internal requests from all departments, including global
- Plan, coordinate and execute internal improvement projects defined by the department/organization
