Job Description
Lead project teams and ensure smooth interface between Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, MC/Commissioning, and Jobsetting.
Establish and maintain engineering activities and procurement schedules.
Develop cost estimates and scopes of work, securing client approval for project execution.
Prepare and follow up on project plans, change management, weight, cost, and vendor interfaces.
Ensure compliance with the Project Execution Model (PEM).
Contribute to risk management and input to the project’s risk register.
Support the achievement of engineering KPIs, both internally and within the project.
Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and quality assurance objectives.
Provide technical solutions to reduce CO2 emissions and promote standard solutions.
Ensure all discipline deliverables comply with established work processes and procedures.
Qualification Requirements
Higher technical education (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
Experience in maintenance and modification projects within the oil and gas industry.
Strong project management and estimation skills.
Experience in solving multidisciplinary issues.
In-depth knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Structured, systematic, and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a proactive and safety-focused approach.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Norwegian.
