Environmental Advisor
Job Description
- Responsible for follow up of relevant government applications and permits
- Finalizing project activities within the approved concept
- Support the ongoing activity phase and prepare for operations
- Contribute to relevant risk- and chemical assessments
- Support in government correspondence
- Provide consulting in energy management and emission reduction
- Responsible for internal/external follow-up and reporting of relevant environmental parameters
- Ensure the follow-up and exercise of duty of care in relation to suppliers and rig owners
Qualification Requirements
- Requires relevant higher university degree.
- Requires typically 5-10 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of NCS and European regulations and standards
- Requires extensive experience related to development of environmental impact assessments.
- The job requires high level of expertise and a thorough understanding of the oil and gas industry practices, Client`s needs and general business conditions
