As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and independent Area Sales Representative for the Mediterranean region. This role offers you the opportunity to strengthen existing customer relationships, close deals, and build valuable networks in a thriving and forward-looking industry.
Responsibilities
As Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales and customer relations in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, with the possibility of expanding to additional countries in the Mediterranean region. You will work on developing and nurturing an existing portfolio of clients while actively seeking new opportunities to grow the customer base. A key aspect of the role involves attending industry conferences and networking events to strengthen relationships and identify prospects. You will collaborate closely with the sales team through weekly Teams meetings and regular communication with the Norwegian office, ensuring alignment and support. Finalizing sales agreements and building long-term client relationships will be a central focus, as will acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for CFEED in the region.

CFEED is a leading industrial producer of starter feed for marine fry. We provide advice, support, and expertise to marine hatcheries, offering bio-secure, sustainable, and GMO-free starter feed for fry of marine fish species. Founded in 2014 after over 15 years of research and development at SINTEF Ocean and NTNU, CFEED now has over 30 dedicated employees located in Vanvikan and Trondheim. We anticipate significant growth in existing and new geographical areas in the future.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in aquaculture or related industries, such as agriculture or feed production, is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of biological processes and the ability to comprehend technical products.
- Familiarity with frequent travel and working independently.
