Job Description
Serve as the Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) in studies and execution projects
Develop technical requisitions for relevant equipment and systems
Evaluate bids from vendors to ensure compliance with technical and project requirements
Follow up on the entire package, ensuring timely and quality execution
Oversee equipment overhaul processes in collaboration with the manufacturer
Conduct inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests)
Provide input and support to the preparation of Work Packages
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
A Technical College degree or equivalent may also be considered
Proven experience as a Package Responsible Engineer (PRE)
In-depth knowledge of technical requirements and standards
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment
Strong multidisciplinary understanding
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Cooperative working attitude and ability to work cross-functionally
Strong attention to detail, with a systematic, accurate, and efficient approach to tasks
Creative and solution-oriented mindset
High commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality standards
Proactive in seeking advice and sharing knowledge with colleagues
Proficient in English (both written and verbal), Norwegian is an advantage
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
