Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Electrical Engineer
Job Description
- Perform and verify design of electrical installations.
- Act as Package Responsible Engineer.
- Define and design heat trace requirements in accordance with P&IDs.
- Prepare, check, and approve MTO (Material Take-Off).
- Prepare, check, and approve technical requisitions.
- Follow up with vendors.
- Insert data into the engineering registry.
- Produce engineering work packages.
- Interface with other disciplines.
- Conduct site surveys.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in electrical engineering on large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC.
- Experience with STID, and Procosys.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Multidisciplinary understanding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cooperative working attitude.
- Systematic, accurate, and efficient approach to work.
- Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude, seeking advice and sharing experiences with others.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Norwegian.
