On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior DCC & LCI Coordinator
Job Description
- DCC & LCI Coordinator in the project, potentially as Project Lead depending on scope.
- Develop and implement plans, procedures, processes, and training materials for DCC & LCI.
- Configure and maintain systems and tools for DCC & LCI.
- Ensure quality of deliverables according to company and project standards.
- Prepare transmittals and ensure correct submission.
- Liaise with Client to implement their DCC & LCI requirements.
- Coordinate with departments to align DCC & LCI needs across strategies, tools, and systems.
- Support procurement and contracting in defining and following up on DCC & LCI requirements.
- Assist project services in developing plans, procedures, and tools for schedule, progress, and cost management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external use.
- Ensure completion documentation is transferred to the Client’s database.
- Contribute to Change and Risk Management activities in the project.
- Facilitate experience transfer and lessons learned.
- Support corporate strategy for DCC & LCI, ensuring it meets future needs.
- Develop and implement company-wide systems, tools, and training materials for DCC & LCI.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the wind or oil & gas industry, working for EPCI/EPCIC contractors or major developers.
- 5+ years as Senior DCC or LCI Coordinator.
- Relevant experience and/or additional qualifications may compensate for lack of formal education.
- Extensive experience with ProArc (PIMS is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Structured, analytical, and systematic.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution- and goal-oriented.
