Job Description
Management System IT Tools and processes
- Manage, develop and maintain the overally Management System architecture and mapping
- Define with the Process Owners and the Subject Matter Experts the governing procedures and governing documents for the business
- Organize workshops as needed to foster harmonization and simplification
- Manage schedule and KPIs
- Report on progress and escalate issues
Compliance - Coordinate with the third party certification – ISO 9001/14001 & 4500, including audit preparation, schedule and planning,
- Coordinate with internal auditing as needed
Working environment - Lead cross-functinal mission-based teams
- 30-50% travel
Expected results
- One ISO 9001/14001 & 4500 certification for Client`s PWR T (excluding Japan factory and accessories)
- A Management system that is well implemented and understood by the organization, and ensures compliance with internal and external requirements
Qualification Requirements
- Solid project management skills in an international environment
- Experience in project and industrial businesses
- Good knowledge in management systems according to ISO 9000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills in English. French a plus
- University degree MSc or MBA or similar
