We are looking for a great Recruitment Advisor!
On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a Recruitment Advisor for a temporary assignment to assist with the following tasks:
Job Description
External recruitment (experienced hires)
Internal recruitment
Vendor management
Service management
Ensuring personnel security in recruitment
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, leadership, organization, or a related field
Several years of experience in sourcing and recruitment
Proficiency in digital recruitment tools, preferably experience with the Workday recruitment module
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
The ability to speak Norwegian is required
Highly organized with strong planning skills
A team player with the ability to build solid relationships
Excellent communication and advisory skills
Service-minded, curious, and quick to learn
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
