Duties/Tasks:
Provide support to project teams, assisting in the development and implementation of tools and work processes within the QHSE area.
Ensure technical solutions comply with applicable rules, regulations, and contracts.
Provide expert advice on NORSOK S001 and S002, as well as other relevant regulations.
Conduct risk assessments, including HAZID, HAZOP, design reviews, change analysis, and constructability analysis.
Oversee risk identification and follow-up for engineering projects.
Contribute to QHSE and technical safety studies and project execution.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards, including participation in audits.
Provide input to bid/tenders.
Develop and update procedures and documents related to QHSE.
Client Relations:
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Participate in promoting QHSE services to customers and contribute to winning new projects and assignments.
Personnel & Social Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with personnel handbooks and regulations.
Promote a positive working environment and contribute to identifying areas for improvement, while proposing corrective measures.
Collaborate with management to develop your own skills and expertise.
System Use:
Adhere to all relevant instructions and procedures to maintain high quality and work efficiency.
Utilize company-approved systems and software for QHSE work.
Monitor and initiate necessary reviews, as well as procurement of equipment and tools to meet job requirements.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in QHSE, Technical Safety, or a related field.
Relevant experience in QHSE is essential for the role.
