We are looking for a Piping and Layout Lead!
Job Description
Lead the Piping & Layout discipline through project phases.
Oversee scoping and studies in early phases, ensuring necessary deliveries.
Follow up with contractors and suppliers during FEED and execution to ensure scope, budget, and schedule compliance.
Manage internal discipline responsibilities.
Contribute to decision-making, planning, risk management, and quality control.
Coordinate with contractors, providing input and clarifications as needed.
Drive engineering efficiency, ensuring safety, cost control, and constructability.
Manage technical queries, variation orders, and deviations from requirements.
Ensure experience transfer between projects through internal reviews.
Qualification Requirements
MSc/BSc in a relevant technical field.
5-10 years of relevant experience.
Strong piping and layout knowledge.
Familiar with NORSOK and other industry standards.
Experience across all project phases, including fabrication and installation.
Strong SSU focus and commercial mindset.
Team player with good multidiscipline understanding.
