We are looking for a Project Leader to join one of our clients teams in a temporary position to manage modification projects in the study phase.
Job Description
As a Project Leader, you will work within the study phase of modification projects for topside facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading project teams and suppliers to deliver on set targets.
Acting as a role model by prioritizing safety and embodying company values.
Leading with integrity, maintaining high ethical standards, and ensuring the safety of your team.
Understanding and managing risk in project development.
Providing leadership and motivation to your team to achieve strategic goals.
Qualification Requirements
Strong project leadership experience and relevant competencies.
A proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve targets.
Expertise in driving change and delivering improvements.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management.
Experience with relevant work processes in Operations and Maintenance.
A passion for safety, collaboration, and value creation.
Digital competency and comfort with using digital solutions.
Additional experience in project development, business development, supply chain management, finance, and operations may be advantageous.
