Distribution and Services Analyst
Purpose:
To manage customer orders from the initial receipt of requirements through to the successful completion of business invoicing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engineers, ensuring dynamic operational support.
- Coordinate with local vendors to request quotes, issue purchase orders, and actively monitor order status.
- Prepare and organize materials for timely shipment to offshore locations.
- Ensure accurate and prompt invoicing upon successful shipment of materials.
- Adhere to all Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
- An engineering degree is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong logistics background is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Willingness to travel to new locations as needed.
Personal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory).
- Eagerness to learn.
- Results-driven and committed to achieving goals.
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations and urgency to support customer operations.
