Job Description
- Tracking and controlling drilling equipment for Wired Drill Pipe related operations in collaboration with internal and external customers as well as subcontractors as a part of our Supply Chain Team.
- Plan and support asset demands for ongoing and future projects
- Coordinate Mobilizations and Demobilizations of Assets for all operations
- Provide necessary documentation to Project Managers
- Follow up 3rd Party owned tools for Repair and Maintenance cycle
- Participate in improvement projects for ERP system and Asset management to ensure best utilization of the systems
- Be a support function for Logistic and ensure that documentation requirements are fulfilled
- Follow up Assets tracking in ERP system (Track a Tool & ePMS), by ensuring transactions and tool updates, tool sales, keep track of asset counting, and follow up asset disposal.
- Follow up on inspections, Repair and Maintenance cycle of assets by creating and follow up Work Orders for 3rd Party service companies and Purchase Orders, ensure that Inspection Reports are correct and updated as well as checking and coordinating supplier invoices.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
- Necessary permits to live and work in Norway
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office 365)
- Logistic experience preferable
- Experience with Track a Tool and JDE is preferable
- Experience with Wells is preferable
- Driver license class B
- Forklift license preferable
- Language – Fluent both verbally and written in English. Norwegian is a plus.
