Job Description
Administrative Correspondence:
Handle administrative correspondence for allocated projects in the MOD portfolio.
Liaise with ICT on relevant tasks.
Act as Point of Contact for PIMS correspondence when required.
Provide training to internal/external users on correspondence processes when necessary.
Support DCC/LCI disciplines and other relevant technical or system-related processes as needed.
Miscellaneous:
Manage mail distribution lists, holiday overviews, and other required documentation.
Update team sites and intranet as necessary.
Provide support for resource overviews, office locations, and facilitate townhall meetings.
Offer general administrative support as required.
IT Support:
Provide light ICT support for day-to-day system usage.
Assist with IT access and maintain user/access overviews as necessary.
Qualification Requirements
Three years of relevant college education or equivalent experience.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to proactively follow up on deliverables and ensure progress.
Self-organized, proactive, and independent.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
