Job Description
Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources to ensure optimal utilization and timely project delivery.
Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project schedules, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Communication: Act as the central point for project communication, ensuring alignment across all teams.
Integration Management: Coordinate project components to integrate new technologies and processes.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress through KPIs and report on key metrics.
Change Management: Manage scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
Cost Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial projections.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related fields preferred.
3-5 years of experience in project planning or management.
Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey plans and schedules.
