We are on the lookout for a safety focused Cost Controller!
Job Description
Execute tasks in line with project contracts, including the commercial and administrative requirements outlined in contract conditions and appendices.
Monitor and control actual costs and revenues, ensuring alignment with budgets and current estimates across all phases of the project.
Identify and track performance indicators.
Prepare both internal and external reports.
Establish cash flow calculations.
Ensure timely and proactive invoicing, in line with contract provisions.
Assist with monthly project and portfolio reporting.
Register and track project manhours.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reports, systems, and routines for project controlling, ensuring best practices are applied.
Qualification Requirements
Relevant higher education.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently (under supervision) and as part of a team.
Fluent in both Norwegian and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
Proactive with a commercial mindset.
Safety-oriented.
Solution-focused and adaptable.
