HR Operations Consultant
Job Description
- Our responsibility includes amontgs others onboarding and offboarding of employees in our systems, writing employee contracts, updating employee related information in our HCM solutions (Workday, SAP, Service NOw), providing support and guidance to leaders and employees (e.g. timewriting according to guidelines)
- Provide support and advice to our organisation within offshore, onshore and onshore plants and mobility in Norway
Qualification Requirements
- Knowledge of SAP, Service Now and Workday
- Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered corectly
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive employee information
