Lead Electrical Engineer – Step into Project Leadership in Groundbreaking Energy Solutions
Job Description
- Lead and guide contractors and suppliers in electrical system implementation.
- Design and establish power distribution and transmission systems.
- Prepare technical specifications and tender documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on fabrication, testing, and installation activities.
- Oversee electrical packages and ensure project alignment.
- Manage modifications of control and protection systems.
- Lead discipline resources within the project.
- Maintain close collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualification Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering (Elkraftteknikk) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ relevant experience in the electrical engineering field.
- Previous project experience in an electrical lead position.
- Proven experience in electrical package follow-up and area design.
- Strong multi-discipline understanding and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, rules, regulations.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- High ethical standards and adherence to the clients ethical requirements.
- Ability to manage a high workload and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
