Senior Maintenance Engineer – Join Our Growing Team
Job Description
- Establish and update maintenance programs for both internal and external projects.
- Facilitate and perform maintenance analyses such as consequence classification, FMECA, RCM, and FTA.
- Develop and implement maintenance routines and maintenance programs.
- Develop performance standards and manage barriers.
- Assess and process change requests to optimize established maintenance programs.
- Lead or participate in interdisciplinary projects aimed at developing and optimizing maintenance strategies.
- Ensure adherence to internal requirements, regulatory standards, and customer specifications.
- Contribute to the development and control of reports, documents, and technical drawings.
- Perform offshore and onshore inspections and verifications.
Qualification Requirements
- Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Engineering (or equivalent). Experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience with the development and maintenance of maintenance management systems.
- Experience with mobile offshore drilling units and fixed platforms.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical documentation, drawings, and forms.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with database tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of IFS and/or Maximo is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
