Job Description
- Support in creating and maintaining project financials in SAP
- Start-up and closeout of projects in SAP
- Create/modify/close WBS structures in SAP
- Create sales orders in SAP
- Monthly project account closing
- Allocate and categorize personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing invoices
- External financial reporting to clients (weekly, monthly, baseline updates)
- Internal financial reporting to Project Management Team and Finance
- Assist with financial project forecasting and budgeting
- Actively seek opportunities to improve the project’s financial results
- Proactively initiate improvements within your working area
- Cost/profitability analysis
Qualification Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- Preferably relevant experience in a similar role, industry, and/or EPC projects
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to develop high-quality working relationships both internally and externally
- Previous experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel is preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Solid business understanding and commercial orientation
