This role of the interface coordinator might require a high level of communication skills but might not require much of industrial experience as far as the candidate is ready to learn the new business quickly as possible. I say this because;
- She or he of this role is required to be first adopted well to the project team where a full of industrial experienced people are already working at.
- She or he needs to have a charm enough to be likable and adoptable to the project team to work at the project office as a part of the project members.
- She or he maybe expected to have higher commercial business mindset rather than deep technical experiences, and eager to work in reviewing the project “business” operation from the aspect of contractual, commercial, accounting, legal, compliance, etc. by building basic technical knowledges by working with the other project teammates.
