Why?
Well, we believe that knowledge is power and that if we can help our audience learn something new or broaden their understanding of existing knowledge, we have done our job. We hope that by starting this blog, we will be able to share our knowledge and understanding with you. As a company, we take pride in always being in front, and our knowledge and experience should, of course, benefit all of our customers. So, what better way to accomplish this than through a blog?
Who are we?
MDE Group started in 2007 as a global recruitment consultancy, originally from Norway, specialising in recruitment, headhunting, and global mobility for businesses operating in the power generation industry. As MDE grows as a company, the U.K branch in particular has come on leaps and bounds. To say the recruitment industry is highly competitive is an understatement, but our culture and attitude to business have taken us to new heights.
What's to come?
Through the years, not only have we become experts in recruitment, but we have also gained invaluable knowledge of the industries we serve. We are constantly learning and improving with the goal of doing and being better. We have a wealth of information to share on everything from renewable energy, engineering, and manufacturing to technology, oil and gas, and nuclear power. Our growing team of recruiters is passionate about the industries they serve and has witnessed first-hand the trials and tribulations that clients and candidates face over the years. We'd like to share our thoughts and concerns, but most importantly... the good news!
We plan to cover an array of juicy content, including client and candidate-sided information that also explores pressing issues and news within the renewable energy, engineering, manufacturing, technology, oil and gas, and nuclear sectors.
