Training Expert - Banbury - £45 - £50k
The Training Expert will be responsible for providing comprehensive internal training. This role emphasizes hands-on technical training, along with planning and organizing both internal and external training requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on, one-to-one, and group training sessions to a high standard, utilizing a train-the-trainer approach when necessary.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of engagement, excellence, and capability development.
- Manage the plants competency plan, including the competency matrix and gap reduction, monitoring KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager and HR Business Partner to develop and implement a standardized competency management system.
- Benchmark with internal and external Training Experts to adopt best practices.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Expertise in training, coaching, and assessment methodologies.
- Experience managing vocational competency management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
