MDE are excited to be working with this client in their search for an Operations Manager to join the team.
Role Responsibilities
Our client has recently decided to take the step to employ an Operations Manager to join their team to ensure smooth running of their commercial projects. The role will require a candidate who is open to helping out on the tools where required.
- Co-ordinate and manage multiple Solar PV sites / Projects from point of Sales through to completion. In accordance with the outlined specifications, timetable, and cost
- Able to liaise with stakeholders, higher management and confident in influencing strategic direction for operational activity
- Ensuring materials are ordered correctly, procured, and delivered to site, maintaining and building relationships with suppliers. Solving problems at a construction site level.
- Plan efficient use of labour, monitoring performance of departments and ensuring health and safety measures are being adhered to.
Role Requirements
- JIB / ECS Gold Card level qualified electrician
- 3-4 + years Solar Experience
- Commercial experience
- Health and Safety management / assessment experience
- Experience with people management and dealing with different stakeholders
- Valid Driving License
- Prepared to travel
- Good Microsoft office skills
