Customer Service Advisor
Location: Membury – Own transport required due to location
Salary: £25,000 - £26,800 (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week) + ½ day Saturday on rota (overtime paid)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team in Membury! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy speaking with customers, and have strong administrative skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Answering calls and processing fuel orders
✅ Taking payments over the phone
✅ Handling stock reconciliation and balancing receipts with sales
✅ Liaising with other departments and depots
✅ Raising tickets for fuel orders and repeat orders
✅ General admin duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in customer service and inbound calls
✔ Strong administrative and IT skills (Excel proficiency required)
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure
✔ Knowledge of data protection principles
✔ Own transport required due to location
